U7 Instructional
Registration for our Spring 2026 Season will open soon!
U7 is our starter stick-only program and a once-a-week commitment to teach both boys and girls the basic fundamentals of lacrosse. The players use beginner sticks with soft lacrosse balls and run through stations where each skill is taught while hidden in a fun game or drill.
Players are provided a stick to use during the session and will receive a custom shooter shirt to wear each week.
Ages:
Typically 4-6 year olds.
When?
We practice 1 day per week and no games. The 6-week session runs from April through May.
Spring 2026
U7 Instructional (boys & girls) is our stick-only, non-contact program open to ages 4-6. It’s a once-a-week commitment designed to introduce both boys and girls the basic fundamentals of lacrosse. The players use beginner sticks with soft lacrosse balls and run through stations where each skill is taught while hidden in a fun game or drill.
Players are provided a stick to use during the session. This is a 6 week program from late April through May.
